1. Payment method
One-time payment by bank transfer. Customers transfer money to the Company account provided by NYTE, for other payments, NYTE is not responsible.
2. Booking holding period
After the customer completes the booking process on the NYTE website, NYTE staff will contact you to reconfirm the booking information with the customer.
NYTE will hold the booking for customers within 24 hours from the time the customer places a booking on NYTE's website.
After 24 hours from the time the customer places a booking, NYTE does not receive information about the payment of the customer, NYTE will consider the customer as not needing the services provided by NYTE and the booking will be cancelled. If customers have needs then please re-book from the beginning on the website.
3. Cancellation conditions
Customers notify cancellation of booking 48 hours before the time of booking, customers will pay a fee equal to 25% of the booking value.
Customer notices to cancel the booking after 48 hours to 24 hours before the time of booking, customers will pay a fee equal to 50% of the booking value.
Customer notices to cancel the booking after 24 hours before the time of booking, the customer will pay a fee equal to 100% of the booking value.
